Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually take 72 hours within Singapore .

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You can view the delivery fee at checkout before completing your purchase. Orders above $120 are entitled for free local delivery.

For orders within Singapore, all taxes are included. For other regions, please contact us at hello@zoda.sg if you are unsure about applicable taxes or duties. Please note that international orders may be
subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Currently, we do not offer expedited or same-day delivery. All orders are processed based on standard delivery times.

Absolutely! Once your order is delivered, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's status on our website or the delivery carrier's website.

In the rare event of a late delivery, we will do everything in our power to expedite your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with original tags attached.

Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or colour. If you want a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Sustainability is a core pillar of our brand. We only use high-quality, sustainable materials like 100% recycled polyester made using REPREVE Technology, BCI grade organic and waste cotton and 100% regenerated nylon. Please refer to the product description for specific details on each item.
